Eat your garden - fragrant flowers for the kitchen

We are all used to using a narrow variety of herbs in our cooking, even a few flowers - even M&S have been selling nasturtium flowers for years. Yet there is a range of beautiful, sweet-smelling flowers and leaves that we can use in in the garden and for tasty and unusual recipes in the kitchen. Flowers as decoration are all very well, but here we will discover how the flavour and fragrance of flowers and leaves can be used to enhance our enjoyment of everyday dishes and make party food a real surprise. We will also look at how to grow and maintain this range of plants.
